Balancing and commissioning

Energy-T renders the following services in support of 6kV, 10kV, and 35kV electrical networks operation:

• Measurement of expected capacitive currents at single-phase short-circuits to ground on 6kV, 10kV, and 35kV electrical networks (with any ASR available on bus sections).

• Start-up and commissioning for SPOCRs with an AASC regulator (the Operating Manual for AASCs is given below).

• Repair of analogue AASC-1 and AASC-3 or replacement with AASC-4 (operates on the basis of a digital controller).

• Adjustment of plunger ASRs (of the ASGRMROC type) and selection of optimal taps for step ASRs (of the SPOCGR type).

• Start-up and commissioning for ASGRMROCs with ASCAR regulators or replacement of ASCAR regulators with AASC-4, including subsequent start-up and commissioning.

ASR (ASC) — arc suppression reactor (arc suppression coil)
      SPOCGR — single-phase oil-cooled neutral grounding reactor
      SPOCR — single-phase oil-cooled controllable reactor
      AASC — automatic adjustment system for compensation (of capacitance currents at single-phase ground short-circuits)
      ASGRMROC — neutral grounding reactor with throttling (plunger type), oil cooling with natural oil and air circulation
      ASCAR — arc suppression coil adjustment regulator
